Ear plugs protect hearing near compressors, presses, generators and other loud machines. 3M 1110 plugs are soft, tapered foam with a cloth cord; the maker rates them NRR 29 dB for moderate to high noise. The 1270 is a multi-flange plug that can be washed and reused.
How to wear foam plugs
