KT Automation speed breaker and rumble strip
A modular speed breaker is made of short black and yellow pieces bolted in a row across the road, so you buy only the length you need. The KT Automation 50 mm set covers 1 m (2 black and 2 yellow pieces) and slows cars at gates, societies and parking. The grid base lets rain water pass under it.
A rumble strip is lower (25 mm). Several strips in a row make a noise and vibration that warns drivers to slow down before a crossing or turn; the 6 m set has 6 yellow and 6 black strips.
