Karam restraint lanyards in 44 mm polyester webbing: fixed length, or expandable from 1.5 m to 2.0 m so there is less slack to trip on.
Karam webbing restraint lanyard
A webbing lanyard is a flat strap between the harness and an anchor that keeps the worker back from an edge. Karam lanyards use 44 mm wide polyester webbing, which is easy to grip and kind on edges. Like all restraint lanyards they have no energy absorber.
Fixed or expandable?
Fixed webbing: one set length, simple and economical.
Expandable: tubular elastic webbing, 1.5 m relaxed and 2.0 m stretched, so it stays short when you stand close and there is less to trip on.
Pick the ends to suit your anchor: loops, karabiners, snap hooks, or a scaffold hook for pipes and tubes. Other connectors can be supplied on request. For rope versions see Karam rope restraint lanyards. More in fall protection.
