Why electrical safety training matters
Electrical accidents are rarely caused by a lack of skill. They happen when an experienced person takes a shortcut: works on a live panel to save time, skips the lockout because the job is "only five minutes", or uses a tool with a damaged lead. Training builds the habits that stop these shortcuts, and gives supervisors the language to enforce them.
The session also covers what everyone else on site should know: not overloading sockets and extension boards, keeping panel rooms clear, and what to do if someone gets a shock.
