BDI green polyethylene light barriers, 1335 mm tall and 60 mm thick, fixed in a row on road medians to block oncoming headlights.

BDI light barrier

A light barrier (anti glare screen) is a flat paddle fixed in a row on a road median to block the headlights of oncoming traffic at night. BDI light barriers are 1335 mm tall and 60 mm thick, in green polyethylene with a red and white reflective patch.

The big model (610 mm wide) screens more per piece on highways; the small one (410 mm) suits narrow medians. More in road safety barriers.
